Canadian-made Reya Health app helps match women with the right birth control

A new app from the Canadian company Reya Health has recently launched to help women learn more about different birth control options and which one might be the best for them.
The app is free on iOS and Android, and once you open it and make an account, you’ll be greeted with a questionnaire that will match you with various birth control methods you can try out. The app is also designed to teach people about the different ways people can prevent unwanted pregnancies.
Once you start using a new form of birth control, you can also use the app to track side effects like mood swings and other symptoms, as well as learn more about the type of birth control you decide to try. Dallas Barnes started the app after she spent years trying different birth control options and was even hospitalized twice due to complications with the medication. After that, she wanted to make something that could help more women understand the various forms of birth control available in Canada.
While the app is free to download, it will cost $1.99 per month for most people unless you can get it for free through something like a student union or an employment insurance plan.
